Bud & Tod is a Hull-based repair shop on Hessle Road specialising in phones, computers, tablets, and game consoles. eHull built their full web platform — including a custom-built EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) system that syncs in real time with the public-facing website.

The Challenge

The client needed more than just a website. They needed a joined-up system where every repair booking, product sale, and customer record made in-store would instantly reflect on the website — and vice versa. Off-the-shelf solutions couldn't handle the specific workflows of a repair shop: job tracking, repair status updates, parts inventory, and customer notifications all needed to work together straightforwardly.
