Terms of Service
The rules for using our website, services, and connected publishing tools.
Last updated: 13 August 2026
1. Who we are
eHull Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency based in Hull, United Kingdom. We operate the website at ehull.co.uk and provide digital marketing, website, SEO, content, analytics, and social media support.
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us through our contact page.
2. Using our website
You may use this website for lawful business and personal purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security features, submit spam, scrape content at scale, or use the site in a way that could damage eHull, our clients, or other users.
3. Enquiries, proposals, and accounts
When you send an enquiry, request a proposal, sign an agreement, or use a customer account area, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping any access links or login details secure. Proposal and agreement links may be token-gated, which means anyone with the link may be able to view the relevant document.
4. Services and client work
Any paid work is governed by the relevant proposal, agreement, statement of work, invoice, or written confirmation agreed with you. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement takes priority for that work.
We aim to provide clear, practical digital marketing support, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales, leads, advertising results, platform approvals, or uninterrupted platform access. Third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, and analytics services remain outside our direct control.
5. Connected social publishing tools
eHull may use connected social publishing tools to help authorised administrators prepare, upload, schedule, or publish content for eHull or client accounts. These integrations may include services such as TikTok, Meta, Google Business Profile, and similar platforms.
For TikTok Content Posting API use, our integration is intended to let authorised eHull administrators connect a TikTok account and upload approved short-form video content. Where the platform supports inbox or draft upload, content may be sent to the creator inbox for human review before publishing. We do not use these tools to impersonate users or publish to an account without authorisation.
6. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the content, design, text, images, code, branding, and materials on this website are owned by eHull or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reuse our content commercially without permission.
Client-provided materials remain the client's responsibility. By giving us content, images, brand assets, account access, or instructions, you confirm you have the right to let us use them for the agreed work.
7. User submissions
You must not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, confidential, or malicious content through our website, forms, dashboards, or connected tools. We may remove, ignore, block, or report submissions that appear abusive, spammy, fraudulent, or unsafe.
8. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payment terms, cancellation rights, retainers, deposits, and refund rules are set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, or client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, third-party costs such as ad spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, platform fees, stock images, and external tools are separate from eHull service fees.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our handling of personal data and cookies is explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using this website or our connected tools, you should also review any relevant third-party platform terms and privacy policies.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website or connected tools at any time. We may also update these terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page.
11. Liability
We provide this website and related tools with reasonable care, but they are not guaranteed to be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, eHull is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, platform restrictions, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless a mandatory legal rule requires otherwise.
13. Contact
For questions about these terms, please contact eHull.
