1. Who we are

eHull Digital Marketing is a trading name of Budd & Todd Ltd. We are a digital marketing agency based in Hull, United Kingdom, and operate ehull.co.uk.

These terms apply to our website, enquiries, proposals, client services and the Ehull-social Google connection tools. For questions about these terms, please contact us.

2. Using our website

You may use this website for lawful business and personal purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security features, submit spam, scrape content at scale, or use the site in a way that could damage eHull, our clients or other users.

3. Enquiries, proposals and accounts

When you send an enquiry, request a proposal, sign an agreement or use a customer account area, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping any access links or login details secure. A signed client agreement, proposal, statement of work or invoice takes priority over these website terms where they conflict.

4. Ehull-social and Google connections

Ehull-social is an eHull tool used by authorised eHull staff and authorised client representatives to connect approved Google Accounts. It supports Google Business Profile management and, where enabled, Google Ads reporting for client work managed by eHull.

You may connect only a Google Account, Business Profile or Google Ads account that you are authorised to manage. By completing a connection, you confirm that you have the authority to grant the requested access and instruct eHull to use that access for the agreed service.

The current Google Ads feature retrieves reporting only; it does not make changes to campaign budgets, targeting or ads. Google connection data is handled as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

5. Content and publishing

You are responsible for ensuring that material you provide or approve is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. We may prepare, schedule or publish approved Google Business Profile content for an authorised profile as part of the agreed service.

Google and other third-party platforms control their own services. They may reject, remove, change or limit content and access. We cannot guarantee that every item will be published, displayed or remain available on a third-party platform.

6. Disconnecting a Google connection

An authorised eHull administrator can disconnect a Google Business Profile through the eHull admin area. You may also revoke eHull's access through your Google Account's third-party access settings. Disconnecting or revoking access stops future actions but does not remove content already published on Google. To ask us to disconnect a Google Ads account or delete retained connection data, please contact us.

7. Services, payments and cancellations

Paid work is governed by the relevant proposal, agreement, statement of work, invoice or written confirmation. Payment terms, cancellation rights, retainers, deposits and refund arrangements are set out in those documents. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, platform fees and stock images are separate from eHull service fees unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Content and intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the content, design, text, images, code, branding and materials on this website are owned by eHull or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reuse our content commercially without permission.

Client-provided materials remain the client's responsibility. By giving us content, images, brand assets, account access or instructions, you confirm that you have the right to let us use them for the agreed work.

9. Availability and liability

We provide this website and related tools with reasonable care, but they are not guaranteed to be error-free or always available. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales, leads, advertising results, platform approvals or uninterrupted third-party platform access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eHull is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, platform restrictions or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy and changes

Our handling of personal data and cookies is explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless a mandatory legal rule requires otherwise.
